Returning an item? What to do first.
Please email us at sales@mombasabrand.com to make a warranty claim.
Provide 2-3 photos of the issue (e.g. zoomed in, zoomed out, properly lighted).
Proof of purchase receipt.
Provide any additional context on the cause of the issue, your use of the product when it occurred, and your general use of the product.
We will authorize your request with in 7 business days.
Authorized and verified returns will receive a replacement.

We back our product but life happens. We get it, that's why we make the process for returns something we handle on a case by case basis. Therefore, please contact our coporate offices and request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) . We are happy to work things out for you:

It is important to obtain this RMA before sending your merchandise. Unauthorized returns are returned with sender paying for shipping charges.
