Returning an item? What to do first.
- Please email us at sales@mombasabrand.com to make a warranty claim.
- Provide 2-3 photos of the issue (e.g. zoomed in, zoomed out, properly lighted).
- Proof of purchase receipt.
- Provide any additional context on the cause of the issue, your use of the product when it occurred, and your general use of the product.
- We will authorize your request with in 7 business days.
- Authorized and verified returns will receive a replacement.

Authorized Returns & Exchanges
We back our product but life happens. We get it, that's why we make the process for returns something we handle on a case by case basis. Therefore, please contact our coporate offices and request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) . We are happy to work things out for you:

It is important to obtain this RMA before sending your merchandise. Unauthorized returns are returned with sender paying for shipping charges.
