Returning an item? What to do first.

  • Please email us at sales@mombasabrand.com to make a warranty claim.
  • Provide 2-3 photos of the issue (e.g. zoomed in, zoomed out, properly lighted).
  • Proof of purchase receipt.
  • Provide any additional context on the cause of the issue, your use of the product when it occurred, and your general use of the product.
  • We will authorize your request with in 7 business days.
  • Authorized and verified returns will receive a replacement.

We back our product but life happens. We get it, that's why we make the process for returns something we handle on a case by case basis. Therefore, please contact our coporate offices and request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) . We are happy to work things out for you:
